We can calculate the value of your current business or one you may be interested in acquiring.

How do I lower my income taxes? How do I run a business to be more profitable, increase cash flow, achieve my goals, and still minimize debt or get out of debt altogether? How do I know when I have sufficient assets for expansion, retirement and my other goals? For more than thirty years, our firm has provided clients with answers to critical financial questions like these so they can make the right decisions now for the best long-term financial outcomes.

What can I expect at my initial consultation?

Your first consultation is a free, in-depth review and analysis. This is a time to get your questions answered and for us to get a better understanding of your goals.

How do you bill for your services?

All services are billed for time spent on a client’s behalf at a standard hourly rate. This rate is determined by two factors: the expertise of the person you are working with and, the specific service being provided. The terms for services will be provided in a letter of engagement, clarifying the payment schedule before work begins.

What information will you need to prepare my individual tax return?

All W-2s, 1099 INTs, 1099 DIVs, 1099B's (if stock sales have occurred), 1099 MISCs (if you are self-employed), K-1's, 1098s for mortgage interest, real estate and personal property tax bills, charitable contribution records, significant medical expenses, unreimbursed employee expenses, investment interest incurred, rental property income and expenses, and farm income and expenses (if applicable).

What role do you play in an IRS audit?

There are only three people who can represent you in federal tax court: your CPA, your attorney, or an enrolled agent. If you are audited, we will do our very best to explain and defend all details of returns that we have prepared. In most cases, you will not have to appear during the examination process.

How soon will I have a response to my questions and what are your working timelines?

First, there will always be someone available during regular business hours to answer your questions. We have a strong service ethic so rest assured, your calls will be returned as quickly as possible.

What can I expect as far as turnaround timelines?

Your monthly accounting work will be completed and returned within ten business days. Tax returns and any other compliance forms will be completed by or before the promised date.
